Color-ize, Inc. originally founded in 1994 is a graphic and web design company located in Storm Lake, Iowa. This is just our physical location. Web Designer

Qualification Requirements:

• Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques
• A flexible attitude with proven experience of working in a small team
  
• Excellent organization, communication, listening skills and attention to detail
  
• Knowledge of industry standards in website development and content accessibility
  
• Expert knowledge of HTML and CSS, with a strong proficiency in Dreamweaver, Photoshop and Illustrator and cross-platform web accessibility standards
  
• Will have a working knowledge of Flash, InDesign, PHP, MySQL and JQuery/Javascript implementation
  
• W3C Complaint designs, utilizing newest standards when developing a website for our clients
  
• Planning, organizational, problem-solving and time-management skills
  
• Demonstrate knowledge of web development and site management applications
  
• Demonstrate understanding of effective design techniques and standards, client side and server side programming, user interface design, graphics creation and optimization techniques for the web
• Able to create mobile friendly sites using Dreamweaver, Wordpress and Drupal
